It's one excuse just after Yet another. I mailed it back on April 20 and It is May two so I'm sure they acquired it again. They explained that it has to be again prior to Might 5 so I Understand that they are going to say now that I didn't mail it back in time! Will not order this solution! It isn't going to function and their customer service suck
